Dan Wasserman, a serial entrepreneur and commercialization specialist, is the Founder and CEO of Mammoth Health Innovation Inc. Over the years, he has forged strategic partnerships between start-ups and large multi-nationals such as Boeing, Raytheon, AT&T, IBM, etc. In the 1990s his team deployed technology that protected copyright for the 5 major Hollywood studios. After that, Dan was part of the team instrumental in assisting Bell Labs transform into Lucent Technologies and where he personally created the strategic partnership between Sun Microsystems and Lucent that gave rise to Java™. In 2006 Dan was one of the 3 finalists for the “Innovator of the Year Award” by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). Since 2010 Dan has been active in the health innovation sector and personally created the Health Ecosphere that ultimately received federal funding and lives on in part through the CAN Health Network and OBIO’s EAHN programs. More recently Mr. Wasserman was able to secure key innovation and procurement verbiage into the 2023 Canadian federal budget.
