7-Pivot Sert-A-Plug tool forward towards nose/mouth to align with ear canal.
8-Slowly expel earplug into first ear canal while holding Sert-A-Plug tool steady.
9-Repeat instructions for second ear.
For removal: Slowly break earplug seal by wiggling earplug to loosen or by massaging behind earlobe before removing earplug from ear canal.
